Hi Kristi, don't know what would help 3rd grade in particular, but my newcomers do a body unit poster where they lay on a big piece of butcher paper and have a friend (girls help girls, etc.) and fill in a minimum of 25 body parts with clothes, jewelry, etc. and label everything in 2 languages. But you could do it with internal organs, action verbs, or as a description of themselves, posters and writings. Good luck. Lisa Walz
